The issue hasn´t been resolved, so far, due to the fact that it will take some time to discover where the mistake did happen. When events are created, many people work to represent these events in best way .. some creates, others moderate and there are those who send the rewards.
We have not got a confirmation, but one of the Techs mentioned, that the rewards sent, were actually the right ones. Anyway, we will try to find a solution as fast as possible, though I don´t see this as a big problem anyway.
I also don´t see the case to end up by a '' re-call '' or a '' ban-list '' since this is not a top up event and the changes happened with the rewards aren´t that big anyway. My suggestion, is to wait 48 hours, just to be sure. Through that time, I will, hopefully, find what really happened and will be informing everyone in this thread.
Also, no need to contact support right now.
